We're web designers and developers, not graphic designers. Things like logos, invitation suites, custom illustration, or brand identity work fall outside what we do ourselves. If you need graphics like that, we partner with graphic designers we trust and can loop one in for an additional charge based on their rate. If you already have a designer you're working with and have existing brand assets like logo files, a color palette, etc., even better. We'll build your site around what they've created.

We price in packages, not by the hour. That means a flat, upfront number based on the scope of your project, and not a line-item invoice or a running clock. You'll know the full cost before we start.

It depends on scope and whether we need to bring in a graphic designer for assets, and work with them based on their timeline as well. If you've already got your visuals sorted, most wedding and event sites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch. Hospitality projects with custom booking or reservation syncing (Airbnb, VRBO, Tock, OpenTable, etc.) run longer, since there's more custom backend work involved. We'll give you a real timeline once we know what you need.

Yes. We build a custom self-serve dashboard for every site so you can make updates to whatever copy or photos you need to without calling us or touching code.

Off-the-shelf tools like Zola can't be embedded into a custom site, and embeddable options like RSVPify come with real styling limitations and your RSVP page ends up looking like a plugin instead of part of your site. We build RSVP and booking systems with real database functionality, custom-coded to match your site's design, so guests never leave your domain and everything actually looks like it belongs. This will be an additional add-on cost for wedding websites if you choose for us to build this out for you.

We start with a conversation about what you're looking to get built, scope the project, and give you a fixed quote and contract. From there we design, build, and check in with you at key points along the way. You won't be left in the dark until a "big reveal."

We ask for a 50% deposit before we start, and the remaining 50% once the project's complete.

Yes, we include 2 weeks of post-launch support to fix anything that isn't working as originally scoped. New features or changes outside that scope are treated as additional work, just reach out and we'll figure out timeline and cost.
